When you access our website, technically necessary data is processed that your browser transmits automatically:

Purpose and legal basis

Retention period
Inquiries are deleted once they are no longer required for processing, at the latest after expiry of statutory retention obligations (typically six or ten years under German Commercial Code / Fiscal Code).
5. Recipients and processing
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless this is necessary for contract performance, required by law, or expressly authorized by you. For operating the website we use technical service providers (hosting, email) under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR — exclusively in Germany and/or the EU.
6. Transfers to third countries
No transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area takes place. Fonts and scripts are served locally from our server; no connection to providers outside the EU is established.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics/marketing tools. No personal evaluation of your usage behavior is performed.

This website is delivered encrypted via TLS. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access and review them continuously.
